Coming out today client went over with me how ac system was going off and on , he cleaned the filter and it stopped , but noticed system is not cooling , checking refrigerant pressures found 2008 rheem pressures at 50/318 , system has leak , compressor also starts up loud , checked coil not dirty , Blower motor has oil leaking out , REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED But client wants to look at repair option as well , Recharge system with 6lbs of r410a refrigerant Add r410a leak uv dye sealant , Replace capacitor and add hard start kit , 50% deposit 50% completion Special notes : affordable heating and air cannot guarantee and warranty this repair due to age of system , system should be replaced but client would like to repair under our professional inspection of it needed to be replaced , affordable heating and air cannot take any responsibility for system not working after repair
