Do you replace valve stem seals

Hello Robert, Thank you very much for the Inquiry. We do not replace the Valve stem seals by itself. We remove the cylinder head, sublet to a machine shop where they Inspect and pressure test the cylinder, replace the necessary valve stem seals, then we Install the cylinder head back on the short block.
