Thermal imaging in just one of the tools we use in order to help diagnose your issues. This panel shows a heat signature of 86 deg F after we changed it out. The original/old panel was over heating, melting and welding breakers in place. When we first arrived it was showing 122 deg F. Glad that we were able to get this location back up and running safe and sound.

This home is just a couple years old yet outside the new construction warranty. Notice the screws appear rusted. They are. Between the moisture and a few other items not displayed here is was causing issues in several places in this home. Just because its new doesn't mean there isn't an underlying issue. I know I don't want moisture in my walls.
