3225: ā¢ Unclogged the floor drain in the kitchen. ā¢ While technician was removing the cleanout cap, it broke and required replacement. 3325: ā¢ Unclogged the large floor sink in the kitchen that had copious amounts of grease in it. ā¢ The floor sink is now flowing perfectly. ā¢ Technician recommends pouring a lot of hot water, and possibly bleach down the drain to keep the grease from solidifying.
ā¢ Tested both fireplaces, it appears to be working correctly. No leaks were found. ā¢ Tightened up the shower trim in the master tub. ā¢ Sealed around the tub spout.
Tightened up the stops and supply lines under the kitchen sink.
