Todat my A/C died and I called Kellam at 0900 and the had a very knowledgeable young man at my house be 1300. Who provides that kind of service any more? Tim was not only knowledgeable but respectful of my property. After diagnosing the problem he informed me that a part had to be ordered, but he found a way to bypass the electric circuit so that I could still have a/c while I was waiting for the part. Excellent service Great People.
